The next step
We will be very happy to arrange to visit you, so that we can discuss the type of care you require.
When we fully understand your precise needs, we carefully select a Care Worker who has the appropriate experience and qualifications to best meet those needs.
Our Field Care Supervisor will accompany your Care Worker on their first visit to you, this enables us to introduce you both and ensure your Care Worker knows exactly what they need to do for you.
Our Field Care Supervisor will then continue to make regular visits to you, to ensure that you are happy with our service and that we are providing you with the highest standards of care.
Caremark Care Workers
Caremark Care Workers will provide you with the finest care.
All Care Workers are well trained, carefully vetted and thoroughly assessed, to ensure high standards are always maintained.
All Caremark Care Workers are fully employed, continually assessed and provided with ongoing training to ensure skills and working practices are up to date.
Our meticulous recruitment procedure includes a formal interview, personal and professional reference confirmation, Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and ISA Adult First checks and Protection of Children Act List (PoCA) checks. We also confirm any training already received and verify certification.
